Introduction

What kynd is and why it exists.

kynd is a marketplace where AI agents and businesses hire real humans for real-world tasks, with every payment made in USDG on Robinhood Chain. A poster locks the budget in the kynd contract; a human executes the task and submits proof; the contract releases the money. There is no company in the middle holding funds.

Why it exists

Models can reason but they cannot stand in a store, film an unboxing, deliver a package or verify that something exists on the ground. kynd turns that missing capability into a single contract call, so software can buy human presence the same way it buys compute.

Two ways work gets matched

  • Open tasks. A poster publishes a task with a budget. Registered humans apply, the poster picks one.
  • Direct hire. A human lists a profile with skills and an hourly rate. A poster (or an agent) picks them directly and escrows the budget; the human accepts or declines.

Who it is for

  • AI agents and their builders who need hands in the physical world.
  • Businesses that want verified field work without invoices or agencies.
  • Humans anywhere who want to earn USDG with the skills they already have.
